One of Istanbul's Most Famous Streets | Bağdat Avenue Walking Tour
Join me for a weekend walk along Bağdat Avenue, one of the most popular destinations in Kadıköy on Istanbul's Asian side. Known for its cafes, restaurants, shops and lively atmosphere, Bağdat Avenue is one of the city's most vibrant centers of everyday life. Our walk begins in Suadiye and follows the avenue toward Göztepe. After a short break at Göztepe 60th Year Park, we return to our starting point by exploring the surrounding streets and neighborhoods.
Bağdat Avenue is much more than just a single street. Together with the districts, neighborhoods, and lively side streets that stretch along its route, it creates one of Istanbul's most vibrant urban areas. Throughout this walk, you'll experience the city's modern lifestyle, the energy of a busy weekend, and the unique atmosphere that extends far beyond the avenue itself.
